1 General Terms & Conditions

• Creating multiple accounts using the same phone number, email address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process has not been completed.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on Bijli App. All financial transactions are conducted through secure and transparent processes.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits are typically processed within 5 minutes.
• Withdrawals are processed within a maximum of 3–10 business hours.
• BKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency are all accepted.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Bijli App reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals on any transaction deemed suspicious.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your own name are not permitted.

4 Bonus & Promotions Policy

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively.
• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement (typically 20x–30x).

10 Dispute Resolution

• Complex disputes will be resolved within a maximum of 7 business days.
• Bijli App's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
